It just sounds like tremolo synched to the tempo of the song (easy to do
with a guitar effects unit that can receive MIDI clock). The white noise
(hi-hat like) sound could be anything from the guitar to a separate sound
source. Just use synched tremolo and you'll have most of it.

Thanks a lot for answering but the treomolo just odesn't bring all the
sound. There is (at least) one more thing in the FX chain...
Also, I hardly can figure out what pattern does the guitar play.
Any idea?

Right. That's why I mentioned the white noise.

He's just playing chords of half notes while the tremolo is synched to
sixteenth notes. The white noise attacks are likely programmed into
something else. An Adrenalinn can do all of this easy in one unit. It could
also just be a synched gate or a volume envelope could be drawn in so that
the attack is being pushed into distortion. It's really not easy to tell in
the mix but there's numerous ways to do it and get pretty much the same
effect. Are you trying to recreate this in the studio or simply trying to
figure out what a guitarist playing live should do?

I mentioned the other day you could do this sound with an Adrenalinn. It
appears that's exactly what it was:
