different speed RD rams

a friend has two 400 mhz 64mb rds.now he wants to buy new ones.the question is:can he use two 800 mhz 128 mb with old ones at the same time?

What are you talking about?

PC600 is 300MHz
PC700 is 350MHz
PC800 is 400MHz
PC1066 is 533MHz

Most likely both are PC800.
