Wants sources to build my own laptop...

Does anyone know if there are any (parts) sources for me to build my own laptop? Ive been building desktops for years and never bought a laptop as I am appalled at the high prices for such low performance laptops (e.g. 5400 RPM drives). I am not concerned about battery life and would want to build a system with high performance parts if they are available and the PS and heat and size issues dont limit my choices. I relaize the form factors are different but Id like to build my own just to get what I want in the laptop and to make sure if has wireless capability.
