DDR400 w/ CL 2 and 865 chipset

I am still a bit confused on this. Can I in fact run DDR400 at CL 2 with the 865 chipset and a P4 running the 800 fsb? I only ask because I seem to recall the initial reviews of DDR400 was that it wouldn't run at CL2 but only 2.5. I guess there is a significant performance difference between the two.

I read a very good article on this at Anandtech. Yes, you can run the 865 at Cas2. But you need VERY good memory to do so, probably Corsair PC3200LL (low latency).

That's what I was loooking at Crashman. However, RamGuy in the Corsair forum recommends CMX512-3500C2 for motherboards with Canterwood or Springdale chipsets.
