Right-click on- my computer icon- take long time to load

Hello,
well these problem came recently while i right-click on (my computer) to go to manage or properties it's only happens on my computer icon
all files and icons open fast but these one(my computer) take long time to load

any help would be very appreciated

NOTE: i did try to clean install but the problem still exist

I suggest threatening and if that doesn't work hit it a few times, and the last step is cleaning out the dust

next is running mem test

if you pass that put new thermal paste on the cpu if that fails format the drive before you reinstall windows

after that you should throw it away

preferably out a window from at least 3 stories up.
