Has anyone try to use the Logitech Momo Racing Wheel to play games on the Playstation 2, especially Gran Turismo 3? I know the wheel is USB compatible and at least two sources said it would work, but I wasn't sure if they tried it or not.

I don't think it will work. I could be wrong but the Momo is PC compatible only. Not sure what the ps2 would do. It's worth a shot though. Even a computer needs logitechs specialized drivers for it (generic ones wont work) so I doubt the ps2 will work with it.

el contrare! You should be asking the exact oposite! Logitech makes a steering wheel for the PS2 that has 900 degrees of turning! far outdoes the PC version. Lots of games support it for the ps2 but mostly it was designed for the next Gran Torismo game. I dont like consoles, rather spend thousands on my home pc, and i especialy never liked the PS2, but the wheel for it is excellent!
