I'm a business type that would appreciate a PDA recommendation. My needs are pretty simple:

1. Excel, Word, Outlook
2. Some way to freehand sketch and email the sketch: I need to draw what's broken in the field.
3. An alarm that is LOUD enough to tell me when I have a meeting in an industrial environment.
4. More than 2 hours battery life.
5. WiFi so I can connect w/the company wifi
6. The syncing works without a lot of screwing around.
7. Doesn't have to be cheap, but I don't need sexy. It's going to get dropped, dinged, slimed on, so I don't care if it's pretty.

Any thoughts?
