Question This program must be run under win32 mac

im trying to download a program from the internet that will back-up my ipod onto my computer so that i can transfer my music back into iTunes and when I try and open the program I get a window saying "This program must be run under win32 mac", I'm confused as to what to do. if any one can help please reply, it would be much appreciated
