I was wondering which is better, HEC or Enermax and how much wattage do I need for my computer(no overclocking)...

amd athlon xp 1900+
asus a7v8x motherboard
asus 52x cd-rom
leadtek winfast a280 le td 128mb agp8x(geforce 4 ti4200 gpu)
256mb ddr pc-333
seagate 7200 rpm 40gb hdd

4 cheapo chassis fans

I have good experience with Enermax PSU. And for your case, 350W should be sufficient.
