I have a Razr V3C when i first install mpt it finds the phone signal and everything then i go to the multi media center and it looses signal before i can upload anything. i ran the live update and updated now it finds the signal and stays but with less options on the right hand side a few features including the multi media center are missing what is this? thanks.
 
edite: i dont think my phone is unlocked either.

Verizon is your problem.  They turned off these features on your phone.  If you are willing and want to do some research you can overcome this but it's risky.
 
Please do like me and complain big about this as its just stupid
