I used to be a little bit of a "hardcore" competitive gamer. While I'm not much into that anymore, I'm still very picky about my hardware. I just purchased a Samsung 172X, and although it's not perfect, I'm still very impressed.

To get to the point, as it is my first LCD, I'm not sure about how I should go about adjusting it and all that to get a good quality image. I am using DVI with a Geforce6800. Should I worry about the refresh rate? Are there any good utilities out there for tweaking LCDs? Any info is really appriciated!
