Does anyone have a Motorola C550?!

I have one, but my screen isnt working and all my phone numbers are saved to the phone.

I need directions to copy all my phonebook entries to my SIM Card so that I can put it on my other fone, so if anyone has one or knows exactly how many steps and stuff it takes to copy the entries onto the SIM, please help me out.
