Driver Power State Failure

I am having the same problem that others are having here. BSOD and the Driver Power msg. Hard to restart oe shut down. I ran Windows Debugger and the mini dump msg. was.

Symbols can not be loaded because symbol path is not initialized. *

* using the -y <symbol_path> argument when starting the debugger. *
* using .sympath and .sympath+

*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for ntoskrnl.exe
