Windows 7 email

Hello, What is the best email for windows 7 to share text, photos & video?

Any email client will work... it's just a matter of personal preference. A lot of people here like Thunderbird, but I prefer Windows Live Mail.

ZORON: Is there a difference between Windows LIVE and Windows Live Essentials? I rec'd a new laptop for XMAS and want to download LIVE for email (which I love and am used to), but I can only find the LIVE ESSENTIALS email link to download. I don't want to start a another email address - HOTMAIL (I assume that's the only way to use ESSENTIALS)...?
