8mb cache noticeable?

Is the performance of a WD drive with a 8mb cache noticeably better than a 2mb cache drive? Is the price jump worth having the extra cache?
Thx for your help, BTW the motherboard im using is a A7N8X-Deluxe

Yes, in fact lots of reviews have shown it. Spend the extra $10 for 8MB.

As for the car i just got it back from being serviced... engine tuneup, stiffer shockers and a rear axle swaybar... big diff in handling. goes like a dream.

both JB HDD's are going well too.
