Try these BIOS settings in the Advanced Chipset Features section:

Memory Frequency = 100 percent (sync)
SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay = 5 OR 6
SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay = 2
SDRAM RAS Precharge Delay = 2
SDRAM CAS Latency = 2

Also, upgrade to the latest BIOS.

I should note that the Asus website states the A7N8X Deluxe is only compatible with PC3200 (not PC3500). Is this REALLY true?

Do you personally use PC3500 memory (or 512-3500C2PT) in a A7N8X Deluxe? I'm just trying to verify that multiple 512-3500C2PT sticks are in fact compatible with the A7N8X Deluxe.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Michael

No, sorry. I'm merely giving you the memory settings I see recommended for the motherboard/memory combo in question at the <A HREF="http://www.houseofhelp.com/v2/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=130" target="_new">Corsair Forum</A>. And yes, they are indeed compatible as you'll see from searching the Corsair Forum (<A HREF="http://www.houseofhelp.com/v2/showthread.php?s=&threadid=10245&highlight=a7n8x+pc3500" target="_new">Example</A>).
