Uefi boot select proper boot device

Hello,
im new . i have little problem . i built up new pc . when i power on pc . the bois screen load then that message
reboot and select proper boot device and press any key ..
i went to bios option .
i made first boot device is sata western hard disk
second is sata cd room
thrid uefi western hard disk then save and exit
its load normally but the main problem that its not saved the bois not save . when i shut down and open pc again it show same message . and when i go to bois i found that uefi is the first option and it load using that uefi . however my hard disk is using windows 64 bit craked one with master boot record

first i was thing that there is problem is the motherboard bois don't save changes but i made anther change and try to save it saved

now i don't know what is that uefi and how can i fix that problem and it annoying to log into my bois every time i choose boot device as sata western hard disk not uefi
my pc is
cpu : i5 3750 ivy bridge
mother board gigabyte 75p d3
graphic card is 7950 saphire
ram 8 giga byte cross air
hard disk 320 sata western hard disk
power 600 wat hec

Go buy a legal copy first.

no its not cracked its one used on my lap top i used it for desk top its legal .

That should be news for MS, unless you have the multi-user license, it's only licensed for one machine, and not, one machine at a time.
It's an OEM copy and has to be used ONLY with the machine it came with.
