Computer freezes when browsing internet

Hi,
my configuration is;
i5- 2.3 GHz
750 GB h disk
4 GB ram
1 GB g card ATI rad eon

and window 7 ultimate (64bit)

my laptop always freezes while browsing internet. and i have tried many methods to resolve this but find nothing ...
is any one can help me to sort out this??

My desktop PC will lose internet connection and then won't reboot (well, it usually takes 15-20 tries)

Run an anti-virus software, AvgFree is FREE and is very good.
