Copying aircraft from CFS2 to FS2002

The aircraft copy ok (without the need to also copy the
gauges files as explained on the msn site), but the
aircraft does not show in the outside view! Sound is
there and the HAT switch moves around ok, but no aircraft
in view. Using one of the existing 2002 aircraft works
ok however. Any ideas?
