Loading FS 2000 on win xp

Hi all
I have a new pc and I can't load FS 2000. Whatever I try
just doesn't get any response. Can anyone help???

Clean the CD and the drive.
If it still does not work, Start/Run
Browse directly to the set-up file.

Try the CD on another computer.

FS2000 works on Windows XP.
