My toshiba windows 7 c655d wont start in safe mode keep getting a crash blue scr

Hello my Toshiba Satellite C655D wont reboot it gets to 95% and says error then a blue screen pops up and says it is crashing . Is there anything I can do to repair it . I dont have a repair disk. Thanks Cindy

You can oreder recovery disks from toshiba

I have a friend with a Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5518, his lap top does the thing. I have been checking out his lap top, off and on for the last couple months. I am pretty sure it is a hardware problem. Done just about every thing to it to try and fix this problem. Seems like quite few of these Toshiba Satellite C655D are having the same problem. Have not seen a fix for them yet,
I believe it is in the mother board, I am going to try and re-flow the chipset next and see what happens. I will keep ya posted.
