I've been looking at notebook memory on newegg and was wondering which type and brand would be best suited for upgrading a notebook in the near future. Been looking for performance oriented DDR2 to go with a Turion X2 platform.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

I would use the OCZ DR2-533 low latency memory.

Thanks for the advice.

I found this on newegg

OCZ 1GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Notebook Memory Model OCZ25331024VSO - Retail

Buffered/Registered: Unbuffered
Cas Latency: 4
ECC: No
Heat Spreader: No
Manufacturer Warranty: Lifetime
Timing: 4-4-4-8
Voltage: 1.8V

for ~$75 x2 =$150 which is a great deal for 2gigs of ram even compared to other memory manufactures prices.
