Hello,
My husband ordered windows 7 since my windows 7 evaluatio copy 7100 expire tomorrow. What happens to all my programs on my computer if the software doesnot arrive tomorrow?

He's kidding (I think) - your programs and files won't be deleted.

What will happen is that the system will shut down without warning every hour - so be careful not to leave documents open when you use the computer.

You'll have to install the new copy of Windows 7 from scratch, and that means you'll also have to reinstall all your programs. So make sure you have all your install disks or files, as well as any license keys you'll need. If you have software that doesn't allow activation on more than one computer at a time, be sure to deactivate it on your old Win7 system before you try to install and activate it on your new one.

I actually had meant that when they reinstall, everything will be deleted then. You're correct in that it will just restart every hour without warning, but that's the only drawback to not reinstalling.
