Putting drivers in a simulated mile of driving undistracted, talking on the phone, and drunk, then claiming that the drivers on the phone were a greater danger than the drunk drivers is ridiculous and a disservice to society.
I won't dispute that the phone will divert the drivers attention, but when the user hangs up, IT'S ALL OVER, but the drunk driver is DRUNK ALL THE WAY TO HIS/HER DESTINATION!!!
