BIOS Password on Notebook

I recently purchased a toshiba m105-3004 notebook from office depot and when i tried to get into the setup it requested a password. I didnt know the password so i just rebooted it, which was a mistake. I am now unable to even get into windows without the password.
I have contacted toshiba and they said that there is nothing they can do over the phone but i have yet to go to office depot and ask them about it. If office depot does not know the password is there anything i can do without shipping it off somewhere?
