Cingular just told me after 4 years of service that I'm always on roaming so they are going to cancel my 5 telephones! They say I'm not using their towers! Well duh! I purchased the phones in my local city which has not only many Cingular offices but a corporate office! How can they sell service and then say they are going to cancel you after many years because they don't have a tower in this area?!
Has anyone else had this problem? ( I am in Northeast Alabama)
this is just too much! how dare they! This is the main problem of cell phones in the USA, they charge high monthly fees and they dont care if you use it or not, in fact for them it is better if you dont use it at all.
in europe is the other way around - monthly fee is low, rate per minute is high. So the providers do all they can to have full and I mean complete coverage in each country.
