Enermax Return Policy

I bought an Enermax PSU in March of 2002. The other day it died. According to Enermax it has a 24 month warranty, but Enermax says their policy is for the owner to return it to the reseller. The reseller says they only warranty it for 12 months.

Sounds crazy to me. Has anyone else had to deal with this?

If it was a cheap PSU I wouldn't care, but this puppy was $80.

I've seen similar problems with Soyo boards. After about 1.5 months, mine died. The website said warrantied for 1 year. The seller said 30 days from them, the factory would have to handle it afterward. The factory said I should send it back to the seller...
