Bdgue files compressed wont start up windows how do i fix it

Hi, my windows wont start up at all. My computer starts up and then a window comes uo and says that the bdgue files are compressed, then it says push ctl+alt+delete to restart. I do that and it goes back to the same window. Is there any way to fix this without installing windows 7 again?

Try booting in Safe Mode and disable the compressed files checkbox.
If it doesnt work tell me
