Want to install XP with windows 7

I have an H P computer with windows7 &1 partition with all 320 gigs of space i this hard drive.

How do I go about partitioning my hard drive?There isn't but the main hard drive with all 320 gigs of space in the drive.I want to create another partition with 100 gigs of space,this would leave 220 gigs on the main partition where Windows7 is installed. Then I want to install Windows XP on this partition.

Run the XP install disk, choose the drive and create Secondary partition, format and install. Make sure you got all drivers for XP from the HP website.

You should partition your hard drive before you install XP, I don't know there is an option which enables you to shrink your old system partition to create another partition during the installation setup. If possible you could use windows build in disk management to create new partition, but it may not achieve your goals, you can learn more from this link:
