Laptop tv-out?

what's the best way to accomplish this? I've tried searching to see if maybe there was a USB device that can do this but have not seen anything yet.....any ideas?

You'll need a VGA to TV adapter box. These generally cost $60 to $200 at various large computer retailers like Tigerdirect.
