I'd like to invite everyone to join a new community group on eBay
called 'Audiophile Asylum'. It's dedicated to trading hi-end
equipment at least 10 years old.
Given the volume of vintage, high-end equipment traded on eBay and
how relatively small the Audiophile community is, it may provide an
ideal environment to disseminate information. It could also provide a
rational basis for pricing.
Another major benefit is that it's only open to eBay members,
which in and of itself provides a virtual Kook filter. (Usenet
veterans will relate to this)

All very well, but you have to log in and become a member of Ebay etc.
Its just a seller buyer group, nothing to do with intellectual
discussions on design which are better addressed by r.a.t discussions
imho.

Lets see if Middius is brave enough to reveal his eBay
membership id.

Yes Middius, your posts are most flushworthy.

Sue me for presuming marginal literacy on your part,
