I bought a HP scanjet 4600 several days ago from Staples.com. Every time I move the scanner or after doing some scanning for some time, the computer show "High speed USB device connect to non-high-speed USB port", sometimes the computer can not recognize this scanner.
I follow the steps provided at HP support website, uninstall driver, software, clean registry,reinstall driver and software, but the problems still exist.
I find the scanner can not pass "Diagnostic Mode" and "Demo Mode" test,
This scanner has a rebate which require original UPC, I have already mailed it to HP rebate center. So I can not get replacement from Staples(the Staples CSR told me), can I get replacement directly from HP, since it's still in warranty.
