I know the current Plextors are pretty good, but can anyone direct me to a
source of the (now discontinued) Yamaha CRW-F1, which pioneered the
variable speed burn from 1x upwards, burned deeper (wider ?) pits, etc ?
There must be some NOS (new Old Stock) lurking in a warehouse somewhere in
the world ? I'd buy 4 of em in an instant !
Thanks for any search tips,
Ray

Watch Ebay. Ebay seems to have become the main route for folks to get
rid of B-stock and discontinued products these days.

Current Plextor drives (well the Premium at least) offer the same feature
- although at 4X rather than 1X.

Cheers.

James.
