can i get windows 7 off my computer and put on xp instead, the writing in windows 7 is to big think its the graphics card

Have you tried adjusting the resolution and or the font size? You could also update the video drivers as well, but I wonder if it's more that the accessibility options have been enabled?

Sooo.. You want to remove Windows 7 because you can't figure out how to change the font size? Bite the bullet and get used to 7, I promise you will love it.

Sure, you can put on XP if you can find the drivers for your hardware, but I just don't see why you would want to do that. Well, do whatever you want
