Lost .DLL after system restore??

Hi,
maybe someone can help me figure out how to repair this problem I have. I had to do a system file restore in windows 2000 though now I notice that everytime I wana start some sorta pc game I get this error:

"The procedure entry point DdEndtry1 could not be located in the dynamic link library GDI32.dll"

Is there some way to repair this or to restore this missing file??

What sorta game? You could try re-installing the game. If you want to save the the save game files, save them them somewhere else.
