Archived from groups: microsoft.public.games.zone.simulation (More info?)

Nobody will be able to help unless you provide a bit more information.

Please tell us the Operating System (Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP
home, XP Pro) and the version of DirectX that is installed on your system.
You can determine this information by running the DirectX diagnostic
DXDIAG.EXE from the run command on the start button or through the system
infomation utility. While you are running the diagnostic run the video and
sound tests to make sure your DirectX is properly interacting with the
corresponding device drivers. Also click the button on the first tab to save
the log file after you have run the tests in case someone needs further
information about your hardware configuration and driver versions.

If your system is running an earlier version of DirectX you can download a
later version from Microsoft's web site or through Windows Update if you are
using one of the newer versions of Windows. The minimum DirectX version
needed for the simulator is available on the CDs, but versions 9.0b and
later are less vulnerable to hacker attacks through Windows Media Player.
