Just bought a pair of Dynaudio BM5's - passive nearfields.
I was trying to decide between those and an active pair, like the Tapco
S-8.
But given the reputation of Dynaudio, I choose to go for the better
speakers, and then add a good amplifier later.
Right now, I'm powering them with a 20 year old NAD HiFi amplifier - it
actually sounds quite good, but I expect the nature of HiFi amplifiers
to add some color to the overall sound.
So are there any recommendations as far matching amplifiers for the BM5
goes, preferably from a vendor with an matching reputation?
It doesn't have to be able to play real loud or anything ... :-)
