sidewinder joystick

trying to load joystick on new computer and get this
message, instals drivers that are not compatable with
this version of windows. ( have xp home addition.) What
can I do to fix this

go into the Windows Device Manager, find the Sidewinder and update the
driver: choose Sidewinder (auto detect)
