Memory In Sync

Quick Question;
How do you underclock memory to run in-sync? Ex: have XP1700 Pali w/MSI KT3 Ultra, 512MB pc2700 Twinmos w/M.tech. System runs @ 266, memory @ 333 @ SPD 2.5-3-6-3. I cannot overclock XP1700, so how to lower the mem? Any help would be welcome.

There should be a ratio setting in the bios - probably in the advanced page with all the memory timings / cpu settings. Anyway running a 4:5 ratio gives you your current settings so all you need to do is change that to 1:1.

If there is no setting then perhaps you could check your manual for jumper settings on the board.
