I was debating on whether to buy the z61 or the t60... the price is about the same, but is there anything else i should think about? Also, since these laptops are both around $1500, is it worth it? or should i just get an HP dv2000 series.. configured with the same things... just about $400 cheaper.. thx

I think you need to think about the type of tasks you are going to be doing on the computer and find the specs that best suit those needs.

All the computers you mentioned can use different video cards so finding the one that best suits your needs would be good.

Also the speed of the hardrive is definelty worth looking at.
