Battery Power problem

Hello,
I have a problem with my battery performance, my laptop always dies at around 65% power, without giving me any low battery alerts or anything. I'm using a Dell latitude e6410, Windows 7. Any ideas as to what's the problem and any possible solutions?

how old is your battery anyway? If its over 2 years old you need to replace it.
