I have a Fujitsu S6231 laptop. For some reason, it will connect with every wifi hotspot I ever use, except for tmobile. Any time I try to connect to tmobile, at a starbucks, Kinko's, or anywhere, wireless networking will indeed "connect", but then the connection is just dead with zero response at all. I can't even ping the router.
Has anyone else had this problem? It's very odd. It is just with this laptop. And I can connect to any other hotspot with no problems at all.
I have tried disabling all firewalls and the problem still persists. And I do have a tmobile subscription..but I can't even get to the tmobile login screen that asks for username/pw. After connecting to tmobile there is no response at all. Again all other wifi connections seem to work fine.
Dude, I am having exactly the same problem! Your post comes up on the first page when I google "t-mobile wifi problem". Please let me know the solution, if you find one. It's driving me nuts.
