Hello,
I would like to know exactly how a boot Win-7 CD is to be created in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions.
Also is there a way through which a 64 bit O.S can be run on a 32bit system??

there is no way to run a 64-bit OS on a system that has a 32-bit CPU. check the info on your CPU to see it is 64-bit or not

most retail packs of windows have both the windows 64 and 32 bit cd in them. if you need the 64 bit and have the 32 bit contact microsoft...there give you a new oem number and a link to the iso image of the 64 bit software.
with the iso image all you need is a iso image burning software for a cd-rom/dvd or the microsoft usb iso tool and put the iso image onto a usb stick.
the amount of ram in a system does not make it a 32 bit os or a 64 bit os system. it the cpu that makes it a 32 or 64 bit system.
if you have a 64 bit cpu you can run both 32 or 64 bit windows without any errors. the 32 bit os will have the 4g ram wall and a smaller hard drive size that it can use. i run windows 8 64 bit on my intel ib cpu and it runs both 32 and 64 bit programs without any errors.
