Can anyone tell me they think of this monitor...

the price is quite low $529(CAN) foor a 19"

I was origianlly looking to get a 17" LCD and have a 19-20" CRT (dual Screen set up).

what is the Best price i can get for a
17" Realy High Quilty
vs.
19" High Quality

im trying to stay under $500(CAN) if possible.
