track recorders as well...he's cruising around the 2-4G range...if you

Location, location, location. He can easily spend half that much
shipping one. He probably should be looking locally, or somewhere
within a day's drive so he can inspect it and drive it home. It will
fit in a van easily though a helper for loading and unloading is a
good safety measure.
