Hard disk trouble

Hello,

my windows does not show contents of my hard disk but linux mint do.i doubt if there is any presence of virus and i deleted all .ini files.(unwanted files).and it does not contain any softwares or any executable files. it contain only media,and pdf files.

Perhaps your Folder viewing settings have changed. Open Windows Explorer, select 'Tools', 'Folder Opions', 'View' tab, ' Restore Defaults'. Select 'Show Hidden Folders' afterwards if that's what you want.

windows by default cannot read linux filesystems like EXT4. if the partition is formatted as EXT4 then you need to install ext2fs

Need more info about your setup. Do you have two seperate drives, one for operating system and one for data? Or do you have one drive with several partitions? Which Operating System were you using when you stored the Media and .pdf files?
