HDD copying

Hi,just a question to make sure I do this right.I built a new computer with a new hard drive and installed Windows XP
on it.I have the old hard drive with Windows 98 on it.(FAT 32). I would like to copy The MP3s from the old hard drive to the new.If I install the old hard drive as a slave will I have any problems with the old O.S.wanting to boot?The new hard drive is formatted in ntfs.
