Train Sim - Prog Fails To End

Hi

To end MS Train Simulator, I always have to do a 'Ctrl-Alt-Del' (and then
'manually' force the prog to end): this is obviously not right.

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition (with SP2) - I've only recently got Train
Sim, so no experience with previous Windows versions.

I've now re-installed Train Sim several times, tried running in Win 95 etc
modes, ensured my system is 'clean' (by using Norton WinDoctor etc) but
still the fault persists.

Can anyone help, please?
