All put together, Now how do I test it?

Everything is finally put together and working, OS Drivers etc. Everything is fresh out of the box stock and I was wanted to test it before I install any of my program stuff.

Is there a recommended test or series of tests I can run to see how fast or slow my set-up is?

Any input appreciated
