We need some more info regarding the error.

What are you doing when you get the error?
What software is running?
What version of Windows?
How many times has it happened?
Has the error been repeatable? i.e. a set of actions gives the same result

the good news is that you have two exact same notebooks. one can be your control. if the other is not working properly you should contact asus as it is still under warranty or have it exchanged.
